This is a No Hide flame stinger flogger This is a different design from the normal NO HIDE flogger. This one is tiered. The top tier is 15 in long and the bottom Tier is 22 in long. It has the thud of a heavy flogger and also the lower tier acts similar to a single tail with a nice biting sting without damage to the skin. There is a total of 120 falls in this flogger. 100 on the top and the longer falls 20.
